Note: Once you have placed your order (via Email/SMS), we will confirm back to you the availability and total amount. If your order is available in stock, payment should be made strictly in 24 hours after our email confirmation. If you can't transfer and confirm within that time, your orders will be automatically expired. You can order again (Email/SMS) but we can't guarantee the availability of our products.

Note: Once we received the payment, we will send you an order confirmation receipt 



SHIPPING


If your orders are in ready stock we ship immediately to the nearest shipping day after purchased (our shipping schedule now is twice a week: Tuesday & Friday).

For custom orders OR if your orders are not in ready stock, due to handmade production, it will take up to a week (5-10 working days) until we ship your orders.

For bed linen orders, production will normally take 5-10 working days until we ship your orders.

We currently only deliver within JABODETABEK 

For customers outside Jakarta Area, we currently only take cushion cover orders

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES


Returns can be made if the goods are damaged – Free of Charge shipping applicable.
You should email us manually to hellochicanddarling@gmail.com. All the following policies are not applied to Sale items. All sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.



RETURNS POLICY

1. You should email us within 7 days after you receive the product.
Please provide information why you want to return the product.

2. We will response to your email and ONLY after you get the email response you can return the product and we will give you the designated address (Jakarta).

3. You will then have 7 days beginning after you receive our email response to send it back.
Products have to be remained unused and keep all the tags and packing with them.

4.If after 7 days the goods are not received by us, we have authority to refund your purchase as Store Credit valid for 3 months.
Exceptions can be made if the goods cannot be received because of the shipping company’s or our fault.
 

You can ask JNE to pick up your items if you are too busy to deliver your goods to JNE,
please call (Jakarta only) 021-566 5262 to book a pick up.
 
If the product you returned is sold out and we can’t replace it with new one,
we will refund your money via Bank Transfers 


EXCHANGE POLICY




If you are not happy with the products you received, you can exchange it with other product (with the same price or upgrade)

Please provide information why you want to exchange the product.

2. We will response to your email and ONLY after you get the email response you can send the product to us and we will give you the designated address (Jakarta).

3. You will then have 7 days beginning after you receive our email response to send it back.

4. If after 7 days the goods are not received by us, we have authority to reject your exchange.
