What makes a home, feels like a home.

Home. Truly a special word for us. It has meanings that are just unexplainable beyond words. Our home is not big or fancy, nor filled with modern furnitures or the latest expensive electronics. Me and my husband worked hard to be able to afford our first home. It took an unforgettable house searching journey that felt more like a soul searching one. We spent almost every dedicated weekend to find our dream home, to find the one that suited our budget but most importantly that suited our needs and personalities. We knew we couldn't have everything, things like the ideal huge backyard, white picket fences, large windows, an island pantry and all that sort of stuff had to be compromised. We thought, as long as our children grows up in a safe friendly neighbourhood where they get to spend their childhood riding bicycles and making friends with other kids in the neighbourhood, then we are good.

Now, our home feels even more than that. It feels soulful and warm. It's a place where we shared our thoughts and feelings. A place where we feel safe and always want to come back to. A place where we talk about our days and how we plan our tomorrows with long talks over coffee, cuddles and a movie night. A place where we grow our dreams together. Our house may be small, but we have big dreams. And the best part why i love our home is, i get to manage my family and my business under one roof.  My home sweet home.

Love,

Kania
